I went surfing!

One of our friends Carrie came to visit us for a few days and she has a surfboard. I wanted to have a try so I had a bit of a look on youtube to see how to stand up on it. I had a few goes practicing standing up on the board on the ground which was easy.

Then I went out and caught some waves just laying down so I could practice laying on it. Dad pushed me onto a wave and I stood up and surfed the wave on my first ever try! I had a few more goes and had some wipe outs but it was still lots of fun.
